1. What We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide the service:

• Conversation data — Your messages during the assessment, processed in real-time by our AI model. We do not ask for personally identifying information (full name, email, address, phone number). If you voluntarily share personal information in conversation, it will be included in the session data and subject to our retention policy below.
• Payment data — Processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation but do not see or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Technical data — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Conversation data is used solely to generate your assessment result and facilitate follow-up conversation. It is processed by Anthropic's Claude API.
• Payment confirmations are used to grant access to the assessment.
• Technical data is used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and basic analytics.

3. Data Retention

• Conversation sessions are stored temporarily on our server and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not maintain a long-term archive of conversations.
• Browser session data (your conversation history displayed in the chat) is stored in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
• Payment records are retained by Stripe per their data retention policies.

4. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — Processes conversation data to generate responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — Handles payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

Since we retain minimal data and conversations are automatically deleted within 24 hours, there is typically no persistent personal data to request deletion of. If you have concerns about specific data, contact us and we will address them promptly.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Browser session storage is used only to persist your conversation within the current browser tab.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
