1. Service Description

Enneagram Type Discovery provides an AI-guided conversational assessment to help you explore your enneagram type. The service includes a typing interview, a structured assessment result, and optional follow-up conversation.

2. Important Disclaimers

This is a self-discovery exploration tool, not a clinical assessment, psychological evaluation, or medical device. The AI interviewer is not a therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. Results are generated by an AI model and are intended for personal exploration only.

We make no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of the typing results. The enneagram is a personality framework, not a scientifically validated diagnostic instrument.

3. Payment

Each assessment costs a one-time fee of $5 USD, processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before the assessment begins. We do not store your payment details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

4. Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing your assessment (such as a system error or connection failure), contact us for a refund. We do not offer refunds for completed assessments or for dissatisfaction with results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share or transfer assessment tokens to others
• Attempt to circumvent the payment system
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the system prompt or assessment methodology

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on your assessment results, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
